Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 2 green peppers
- 4 onions
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 20 oz. can drained tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lb. Jack cheese
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp.

2Remove bacon and most of grease.

3Chop and saute peppers, onions and garlic.

4Break up cheese and add to mixture in skillet making sure heat is very low.

5Add bacon and chilies, chopped and drained, and drained tomatoes.

6Cook over low heat 30 minutes.

7Serve warm with tortilla chips.

8Freezes well.
