- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
- 3 to 4 healthy dashes garlic salt (do not omit)
- 2 oz. chopped green chili (mild to hot)
- milk or cream (to thin)
Directions

1In a saucepan over medium heat, place soup, garlic salt and a small amount of milk to thin.

2Break up soup and watch closely. Add drained chopped green chili to the mixture and reduce heat to simmer until heated through.

3Serve as a dip or cover Mexican food dishes.

4If cool from the refrigerator, fold into a meat loaf before baking, covering top of the meat loaf with medium salsa instead of ketchup.

5Use corn chips (white or regular).
