  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
  • 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

    Saute celery and onion in oil until tender.

    Brown meat and drain.

    Add celery and onion.

    Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

    Serve as chili or spoon into taco shells or over chips.
