- 1 finely minced onion
- 1 red pepper, finely minced
- 4 ounces tomato paste
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 7 ounces tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
- tortilla chips
Directions

1In a large frying pan, brown meat.

2Drain off excess fat.

3Add onion and pepper and cook 2 minutes.

4Then add tomato paste, sauce and soup.

5Bring to a simmer.

6Add chili powder and stir well.

7Add velveeta, and stir until melted.

8Serve warm with tortilla chips, or over froot loops.
