Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 small cans green chiles, seeded and chopped
  • 1 can chopped ripe olives
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. olive oil (I use regular)
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • corn chips

Directions

    Mix tomatoes, chiles, olives and onion. Add olive oil and vinegar.

    Serve with corn chips.

    (Or use canned tomatoes and blend all ingredients in a blender, leaving out oil and vinegar.)
