- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
Directions

1Brown meat with onion.

2Add ketchup, cumin, chili powder and salt.

3Mash kidney beans with fork; add to meat mixture.

4Simmer for 20 minutes.

5Remove from heat; set aside for 2 1/2 hours (covered).

6Reheat in chafing dish.

7To serve, sprinkle grated cheese, more chopped onion and chopped olives.

8Serve with tortilla chips.

9Replenish cheese and onion on top, as needed.
