  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 32 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans beanless chili
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.

    Heat cheese in slow cooker until melted. Stir in ground beef mixture, chili and tomatoes.

    Cook on low for 2 hours.
