- 1 onion, chopped
- 32 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
- 2 (15 oz.) cans beanless chili
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes

1Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.

2Heat cheese in slow cooker until melted. Stir in ground beef mixture, chili and tomatoes.

3Cook on low for 2 hours.

4Serve warm with chips.
