- 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
Directions

1Beat eggs until fluffy, light and lemon colored.

2Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter.

3Blend until mixed.

4Stir in chilies.

5Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until top is lightly brown and center appears firm.
