- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 lb. can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans Hormel chili
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef, garlic and chopped onion together.

2Add crushed tomatoes and Hormel chili.

3Simmer for 45 minutes.

4Add spaghetti, shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream.

5Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
