- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/3 c. cubed cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 large can plain chili
- 1 dash garlic salt
Directions

1Boil 1-quart water with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped onion.

2Cook onion 5 minutes.

3Add macaroni and tomatoes. Cook 15 minutes, then add chili with chili powder and garlic salt. Cut cheese in cubes and add to mixture.

4Cook slowly until dissolved.
