  • 1/2 cups Yellow Popcorn Kernels
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Ancho Chile Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 whole Lime, Zest Only
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Directions

    In a Dutch oven or any pot with a lid, add oil.

    Once heated, add popcorn kernels.

    Cover and shake pan as popcorn is popping.

    When popping slows down, remove from heat.

    In a small bowl, add ancho chile powder, cumin, and lime zest.

    Mix together and sprinkle over popcorn.

    Season to taste with sea salt.
