- 1/2 cups Yellow Popcorn Kernels
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Or Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Ancho Chile Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 whole Lime, Zest Only
- Sea Salt, to taste
Directions

1In a Dutch oven or any pot with a lid, add oil.

2Once heated, add popcorn kernels.

3Cover and shake pan as popcorn is popping.

4When popping slows down, remove from heat.

5In a small bowl, add ancho chile powder, cumin, and lime zest.

6Mix together and sprinkle over popcorn.

7Season to taste with sea salt.
