- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomato bits
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney or chili beans
- 2 c. elbow macaroni or spiral macaroni, cooked
Directions

1In a skillet brown onion and ground beef in the oil.

2Drain off the fat.

3Stir in salt and chili powder.

4Stir in tomato bits, beans and macaroni (cooked beforehand).

5Put into casserole dish and put into a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

6Serves 6.
