- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. twist macaroni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small Vidalia onion, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
- 1/2 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pinch of garlic
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Boil macaroni according to directions; drain and set aside until cool.

2Simmer ground beef until brown.

3Add onion and garlic.

4Stir occasionally.

5Add macaroni, water, kidney beans and chili powder.

6Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7Remove top and spread cheese evenly on top. Replace top until cheese melts and remove from heat.

8Can serve 4 to 6 adults.
