  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Combine beef with bread crumbs, minced onions, salt, egg and 1/4 cup of tomato soup; shape into 1-inch balls.

    Brown in shortening.

    Mix remaining soup, chili and water; pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
