  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 large peppers
  • 4 large tomatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Saute bacon.

    Add onion and garlic, saute 3 to 4 minutes. Add peppers and tomatoes. Cover and saute 5 minutes.

    Add salt. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes on low.
