  • 2 cans green chiles
  • 10 to 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Grease a pie pan.

    Drain chiles and spread on the bottom of the pan.

    Cover with the shredded cheese.

    Mix the eggs and milk and pour over the cheese.

    Bake at 325° for 20 to 23 minutes. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
