  • 1 can California green chilies (6 to 8)
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, cut into 1/2 x 1/2-inch strips
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • oil for frying

Directions

    Drain canned chilies.

    Stuff with cheese.

    Roll each chili in flour to completely coat.

    Shake off excess.
