  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies
  • 12 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk (a little more, if needed)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • chili powder
  • cumin
  • garlic powder

Directions

    Layer cheeses and green chilies in ungreased 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Combine next four ingredients and pour over cheese and chilies.

    Sprinkle remaining spices over top.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour or 45 minutes.

    Slice in 1-inch squares.
