  • 2 small cans whole green chilies
  • 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Layer green chilies, that have been seeded, on bottom of buttered casserole dish.

    Layer with cheese and pour beaten eggs over this.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
