  • 3 (7 oz.) cans whole chilies
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated

Directions

    Layer chilies and part of cheese in a 9 x 13-inch buttered glass dish.

    Beat other ingredients together and pour over the chilies.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
