  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilis
  • 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

    Lightly grease a 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch pan.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cut chilis into thin strips.

    Alternately layer chilis with cheese, starting and ending with the cheeses.

    Beat eggs, milk and flour together.

    Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients.

    Bake about 45 minutes or until firm.

    Cut into small squares and serve warm.
