- 2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilis
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Lightly grease a 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch pan.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Cut chilis into thin strips.

4Alternately layer chilis with cheese, starting and ending with the cheeses.

5Beat eggs, milk and flour together.

6Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients.

7Bake about 45 minutes or until firm.

8Cut into small squares and serve warm.
