  • 1 brick Jack cheese
  • 1 brick sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans Ortega chilies
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Grate all cheese.

    Split whole chilies and remove seeds.

    In flat buttered baking dish, layer 1/2 chilies, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 chilies and 1/2 cheese.
