- 1 (4 oz.) can chili pepper
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 2 separated eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. flour for dredging
Directions

1Pour oil in electric deep fryer.

2Preheat oven to 425° for 25 minutes.

3Meanwhile, drain green chili peppers.

4Discard seeds and cut into 12 strips.

5Cut cheese into 2 cubes.

6Wrap a chili strip around each cheese cube and dredge each in flour; set aside.
