  • 1 (7 oz.) can chopped Ortega chilies
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. Jack cheese

Directions

    Mix and layer in casserole chilies and cheeses.

    Then mix eggs, milk, flour and salt and pour over cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
