- 2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chili peppers
- 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 9 3/4 oz. evaporated milk
- 6 eggs, beaten slightly
Directions

1Wash, seed and split open chilies.

2Place on bottom of an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.

3Layer with Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese. Mix milk and eggs together and pour over cheeses.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

5Allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting.
