- 1 (28 oz.) can whole green chiles
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. grated Jack cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 (13 oz.) cans Carnation milk
- 2 cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Split chiles and remove seeds.

2Use deep, large casserole dish.

3Line bottom of dish with half of chiles. Cover with half of Cheddar.

4Repeat layer.

5Mix eggs and flour and salt and pepper to taste.

6Pour over chiles and bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

7Remove from oven.

8Cover with Jack cheese and tomato sauce.

9Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

10Watch so cheese does not burn.
