- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chili
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown beef and onions.

3Drain grease. Season with salt and pepper.

4Place 1/2 green chili in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese.

6Top with meat mixture. Add remaining chili and cheese.

7Combine remaining ingredients in blender and beat until smooth.

8Pour over chili mixture.

9Bake 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
