- 2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 4 small cans Ortega chilies
- 4 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Wash chilies and remove seeds and strips. Place 1/2 of the ground beef on bottom of casserole dish.

2Top with chilies and cheese and then repeat.
