Chili Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Bar B Que sauce
  • 2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Mix preceding ingredients and make into meat balls.

    Fry in oil until brown.

    Drain oil to 1/4 cup.

    Add 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 2 cans water, and 4 tbsp. bar-b-que sauce.

    Simmer about 45 minutes.
