- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Bar B Que sauce
- 2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Mix preceding ingredients and make into meat balls.

2Fry in oil until brown.

3Drain oil to 1/4 cup.

4Add 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 2 cans water, and 4 tbsp. bar-b-que sauce.

5Simmer about 45 minutes.
