Chili-Rice Dinner

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 pkg. whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. dried green and red sweet pepper
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato or juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown beef and onion in skillet; add spices, corn, peppers, tomatoes and water.

    Cover and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in rice.

    Reduce heat.
