- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- garlic, chili powder, salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 - 1 can RoTel tomatoes
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 can ranch-style beans
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Add salt & pepper.

3Brown onion and garlic and add chili powder to taste.

4Then add stewed tomatoes and RoTel tomatoes.

5Next add raw rice; cover and simmer over low heat until rice is done.

6Stir before serving.
