- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet.

3Stir in tomatoes, water, chili mix and macaroni.

4Cover; simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until macaroni is done.
