Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 (10 oz. each) cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning

Directions

    Cook beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned.

    Drain excess drippings.

    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
