- 1/4 each onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 each jalapenos
- 1/2 bunch cillantro
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp salt
Directions

1Chop the onions and garlic.

2Blanch the onions and garlic to soften them.

3(Place in hot water for 5 minutes then strain.)

4Chop the jalapenos (use fresh or canned not pickled.)

5Combine these three ingredients and the cilantro leaves in food processor and blend for a few seconds.

6Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed but not pureed.

7Cover and fill at least two hours before serving.
