  • 2 4 oz. cans green chilies - chopped and drained
  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese - shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Grease a 9x9 inch pan and line with chilies.

    Beat eggs and cheese and Tabasco.
  3. 3
    Pour over chilies and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

    Cool a few minutes before cutting into squares.

    Serve warm or cold.
  6. 6
    Can be reheated.
