- 2 4 oz. cans green chilies - chopped and drained
- 12 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese - shredded
- 4 eggs
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Grease a 9x9 inch pan and line with chilies.

2Beat eggs and cheese and Tabasco.

3Pour over chilies and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

4Cool a few minutes before cutting into squares.

5Serve warm or cold.
