- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's Special tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar
Directions

1Brown ground beef in oil.

2Add salt, chili powder, oregano, minced onion and tomato sauce.

3Simmer together for 10 minutes. Layer a soft corn or flour tortilla with meat sauce, then cheese. Repeat 2 times, making a stack containing 3 tortillas with meat and cheese.

4Bake in a 350° oven until hot and melty (10 to 15 minutes).

5Cut into wedges.

6Makes 2 stacks (4 servings).
