- 2 lb. pork, cubed
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt to taste
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 7 oz. can diced green chilies
- 1 tsp. coriander, crushed and soaked in 1 Tbsp. hot water
Directions

1Place pork, water, garlic and salt in frying pan.

2Cook until all water is absorbed.

3Let meat fry in its own fat until browned. Add onion and cook a few more minutes.

4Add tomato sauce, chilies and water drained from coriander.

5Cover and cook 30 to 45 minutes until meat is tender.
