Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
- 2 c. water
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 c. rice (uncooked)
Directions

1Cook and stir meat, pepper and seasonings.

2Mix in large skillet on medium-high heat until meat is browned.

3Stir in water, beans and tomato sauce.

4Bring to boil.

5Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Stir in corn. Return to boil.

7Stir in rice; cover.

8Remove from heat.

9Let stand 5 minutes.

10Stir.

11Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream and salsa.
