  • 2 servings' worth Udon noodles (frozen)
  • 100 grams Thinly sliced beef
  • 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Cooking sake
  • 1 Chopped green onion
  • 1 Mentsuyu (for the sauce)
  • 1 Wasabi

Directions

    Boil the udon, then drain it in a sieve.

    Rinse it well under running water, then soak it in ice water.

    Squeeze it out, and leave it in a sieve to drain thoroughly.

    Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry.

    Add the ingredients marked to season.

    Transfer the drained udon to serving bowls, dissolve the wasabi in the mentsuyu, and pour over the noodles.

    Top with the beef and green onions to finish.
