- 2 servings' worth Udon noodles (frozen)
- 100 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 Chopped green onion
- 1 Mentsuyu (for the sauce)
- 1 Wasabi
Directions

1Boil the udon, then drain it in a sieve.

2Rinse it well under running water, then soak it in ice water.

3Squeeze it out, and leave it in a sieve to drain thoroughly.

4Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry.

5Add the ingredients marked to season.

6Transfer the drained udon to serving bowls, dissolve the wasabi in the mentsuyu, and pour over the noodles.

7Top with the beef and green onions to finish.
