Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail in light sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunky mixed fruit in extra light syrup
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Bartlett pear halves in extra light syrup
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (no sugar)
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange segments in light sugar
  • 1 (5 oz.) can maraschino cherries
  • 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix all canned fruit in a bowl.

    Set aside.

    Mix both cans of milk with hand mixer for 5 minutes.

    Pour milk in with fruit. Stir lightly with spoon and chill.

    When iced, take out and stir. Put back in freezer to chill overnight.

    Makes 1/2 gallon.
