- 2 bundles Soba noodles
- 1 Soba mentsuyu
- 3 cm Green onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed
- 1 Wasabi
- 1 Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura Fritters
- 1 Squid Tentacle Tempura
- 1 Onion & Sakura Shrimp Tempura
Directions

1Boil water and cook the soba.

2Adjust the heat so that the water doesn't boil over.

3Once the noodles are boiled, drain in a colander and place in the bowl of water that has been prepared ahead of time.

4Rinse with the water while removing the slipperiness from the noodles.

5Lastly, soak in ice water, then drain.

6Arrange on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions, wasabi, and shredded nori seaweed.

7Dilute the mentsuyu to your preference and serve.
