Chilli and Corriander Corn

  • 2 corn, on the cobs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 14 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons vegan butter

Directions

    Cook corn on the cobs by boiling or steaming until soft.

    Melt butter, add corriander (chopped fine) and chilli powder in a wok or frypan.

    Then stir fry cooked corn cobs until butter has soaked through.

    Add extra corriander on the corn cob for decoration.
