- 2 corn, on the cobs
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 tablespoons vegan butter
Directions

1Cook corn on the cobs by boiling or steaming until soft.

2Melt butter, add corriander (chopped fine) and chilli powder in a wok or frypan.

3Then stir fry cooked corn cobs until butter has soaked through.

4Add extra corriander on the corn cob for decoration.
