  • 1-1/2 qt. hot water (140 degrees F to 160 degrees F)
  • 3 cups orange-flavored gelatin
  • 1 loaf PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 6 Tbsp. lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 qt. whipped topping
  • 1-1/2 qt. mangos, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09

    Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.

    Beat cream cheese in large bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment on medium-low speed 1 min.

    Gradually add gelatin, beating well after each addition.
