Ingredients

  • 8 oz. shredded chicken or ground turkey
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Pam cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c. mild salsa
  • 4 oz. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Weight Watchers Cheddar)

Directions

    Cook meat; add salsa.

    Heat 5 minutes.

    Add onions and spices. Divide mixture into fourths.

    Put meat on tortillas and top with 1 ounce of cheese each.

    Roll.

    Spray baking pan with Pam and place chimichangas into pan.

    Spray tops with Pam and bake at 475° for approximately 20 minutes (until tops are brown).
