- 8 oz. shredded chicken or ground turkey
- 4 flour tortillas
- Pam cooking spray
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. mild salsa
- 4 oz. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Weight Watchers Cheddar)
Directions

1Cook meat; add salsa.

2Heat 5 minutes.

3Add onions and spices. Divide mixture into fourths.

4Put meat on tortillas and top with 1 ounce of cheese each.

5Roll.

6Spray baking pan with Pam and place chimichangas into pan.

7Spray tops with Pam and bake at 475° for approximately 20 minutes (until tops are brown).
