- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1Soften tortilla shells by spreading a light layer of butter on one side and placing in microwave for 15 seconds.

4Place 1 tablespoon of beef, beans and cheese (more if desired) in center of each tortilla (unbuttered side).
