- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/3 c. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 c. chopped olives
- 8 flour tortillas
Directions

1Saute beef and onion.

2Remove from heat, add beans, tomato, parsley, salsa, oregano, cumin and half of olives.

3Fry each tortilla until crisp. Quickly spoon filling into center of tortilla.

4Fold inside and roll up around filling.

5Secure with toothpick.

6Fry rolls in oil.

7Top with olives, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
