- 6 pork chops
- fried Rice-A-Roni
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- hot water
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown pork chops.

2Remove chops and brown 1 package fried Rice-A-Roni with butter.

3Stir in hot water, mushrooms (undrained) and contents of vegetable sauce envelope. Place browned chops on top.

4Sprinkle with soy sauce.

5Cover; bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
