- 4 pork chops
- 1 pkg. fried Rice-A-Roni
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In large skillet, brown pork chops.

2Remove to plate.

3Brown Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.

4Stir in 2 cups hot water, can of mushrooms (undrained) and contents of vegetable sauce envelope from Rice-A-Roni package.

5Place browned chops on top.

6Sprinkle with soy sauce.

7Cover and bring to a boil.

8Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
