- Boneless chicken pieces 400 gm
- Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Onion 2 dice cut
- Red capsicum 1 dice cut
- Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Hot and sour sauce 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2/3 tbsp
- Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste.
Directions

1Marinate chicken with salt for 4/5 hours

2Add corn flour and toss well

3Heat oil and deep fry the chicken, keep aside

4In remaining oil add onion and capsicum

5Toss well add chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes

6Add all sauces and green chilli

7Add 1/2 cup water, cook till the chicken become tender

8Add ginger paste, stir well
