  • 1/8 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 Beaten egg
  • 1 (If needed) Soy sauce

Directions

    Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into 1 cm strips.

    When the broth from the previously simmered meat and tofu comes to a boil, add Step 1, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Check the taste halfway through and add soy sauce if necessary.

    Lastly, add the beaten egg and it's done.

    It's delicious over cooked rice.
