- 1/8 Chinese cabbage
- 2 Beaten egg
- 1 (If needed) Soy sauce
Directions

1Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into 1 cm strips.

2When the broth from the previously simmered meat and tofu comes to a boil, add Step 1, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Check the taste halfway through and add soy sauce if necessary.

4Lastly, add the beaten egg and it's done.

5It's delicious over cooked rice.
